As a child, Tyler learned the value of teamwork and perseverance on the baseball field from his stepdad, a Little League coach. He brought that fighting spirit to his studies at Texas Southern University, his work as a Presidential Fellow, and his time serving as an Executive Assistant for U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff. Today, as the Deputy Regional Director for Everytown for Gun Safety, Tyler has achieved what many said was impossible: bringing conservative Republicans and advocates across the ideological spectrum together to protect children and find common ground on public safety.
Now, Tyler is running to make Texas safer and more affordable for working families. He is ready to take on the political establishment in Austin to repeal unjust abortion bans, protect public education, expand access to healthcare, and fight for fair wages and lower housing costs to ensure every family in District 138 can thrive.
