Claire was born and raised in Washington, Missouri, in a family that taught her the value of hard work and public service. Claire’s mom is a public school teacher and spent much of her career in special education. Her example has shaped Claire’s lifelong commitment to strong, fully funded public schools.

A product of Missouri’s public schools, Claire graduated at the top of her class and earned a scholarship to Washington University in St. Louis, where she earned her degree in Computer Science. She went on to work as a software engineer in the marketing and aerospace industries.

Driven by her commitment to building stronger communities, Claire earned her MBA in Nonprofit and Public Management. She now works for a St. Louis nonprofit that teaches middle and high school students about active citizenship and problem-solving. She also volunteers at her local food pantry, where she has seen firsthand how many families are being left behind.
Claire was compelled to run for office after watching her representatives ignore constituents and overturn the will of voters. She believes leadership means accountability to the people, not political insiders or special interests.

Today, Claire lives in Wildwood, where she and her family are deeply invested in their community. She believes public service should be about listening, showing up, and doing the work. Claire is running to make sure the voices of District 110 are heard and respected in Jefferson City.
